Jazz

Mike's company had box seats for the Utah Jazz game Saturday night. We rode Trax downtown. Aidan loved that. He struck up conversations with everyone around him. He went over to stand by one guy who was a larger guy. Aidan said, "you look mad, is it because nobody is talking to you? I'll talk to you." The man was very nice and actually thought that was a pretty funny comment.

At the game we were very spoiled! The food was awesome, we had fun visiting with friends, Aidan ran around with the kids and ate ice cream until he got sick! Mike's cousin does the sound system for the Energy Solutions Arena (it makes my hand hurt to type that long name that I hate, I like the Delta Center better, anyway). He let us hang out in the sound booth while they worked. They let Aidan turn on lights, push buttons, and wear their headset.

He also took us down to the floor where we met Craig Bollerjack and Ron Boone. Aidan got to push the button that shoots the confetti out after the Jazz win (which they did that night, by the way!)

That looks like fun! Oh man, that cracks me up about Aidan saying that to the big man. I love how kids are so innocent and out going. Guess what?! We met our case worker yesterday, he's awesome! We've ran into a problem of trying desperately to find Mike's release papers from his mission in Germany for a background check. I knew this was going to be a frustrating process, but sometimes I just want to scream! Haha!

I'm jealous. My parents were at that game, too, in like the 18th row or something. My dad's boss gave him the tickets.

Aiden and Eden would make perfect playmates. Eden is Kristen and John's daughter. She is very openly friendly with everyone! When we take photos of the kids at the park there is sometimes an unknown child holding hands with Eden (her new best friend).
In Texas at the River Walk Eden was wishing everyone "Merry Christmas". Their surprised looks and smiling replies sent her into wild giggles. God's gifts are totally awesome..gotta love them.
